We have stayed here EVERY year for 3 years with my daughters their father and half brother. Since their father's passing I wanted to continue to bring the children here for their Spring break. Today I had to make a change to the reservation, unable to arrive Friday, we needed to check in Saturday. The supervisor literally says "We can hold the room and charge you for Friday, then you can arrive Saturday." I am beside myself, to pay for a night we are not even there? This is very saddening for me and am unsure we will ever be back.
