they were the first to provide the hpdsl service inland, when telecom etc. still slept. When there is a problem, it is not for hours with an anonymous call center, but with people, who know what they are talking about and usually the technical problems are solved in a short time. I live in a place, where you can only get there on foot and have always come immediately, to change the router for me. that it was broken (for free). I am happy to have a local provider at a reasonable price and now even more than enough speed.
