I had really bad experience with ICM Japan. Due to their pathetic customer services and miscommitment I had to bear loss of more than thousand dollars. They are fraud, can give you broken car. They dont bother how much loss Customer has to bear, their all concern is to grab money from customers and make them fool.
I will suggest you all never trade with ICM Japan. your money is hard earned, do not waste it on these looters

Very disappointing services. False claims and when i received car it was in worst possible condition. when i registered complain they threat for consequences i have all proofs if any when wants to verify. Please be careful while doing business with them and check car in person. And ICM instead of getting reviews from your employees check real customers.

Had a great experience with this company after i bought 6 cars, after that it went down hill.. We notice our max budget is always the max priced and they never show you the actual bid price from the auction they will only tell you by phone but no actual proof, from my experience i say stay away and try a different company. they will max out your budget all the time to gain them more profit.
The new Company we import they tell us all there fees and disclosed the winning bid price. very transparent and trust worthy.

At the End They will not save you any money at all. and there fees they try to hide it. they are way more expensive than 99% of the importers in Japan. Our Sales rep was Shahrukh His Great salesman. Great Talker. also Great Liar!

If we can score this company -10 we would. unfortunately it hurts us to score them a 1. they don`t deserve it.

be carefull with this company they are big thieves dont loose your money the way i did with them.their sales person even told me that many people have lost so much money with the company.They tend to bring yard fees after they get your deposit for you to forfeit the money

the only way to describe ICM Japan, Deceitful & impulsive liars. They would say anything to sell you a car, if you ask to speak to the boss about anything you are unhappy about, then be prepared to get shocking answers like "he is not human", "he can't speak to you, he is the BOSS", I traveled from UK to their offices in Japan, confronted the "BOSS" he accepted that it was company policy to lie about the location of their call centers in order to make a sale.
Be aware, Stay away & Avoid doing business with them at any cost.

Dear every one this company staffs are like doing Mafiya bussiness dont buy cars from them. they will talk to you nicely untill they sell the car after you made the deposit only you will know how they are and you have to pay extra charges like yard fee for nothing no where in japan car dealers charging yard fee these guys are realy cheating

They show me nice pics and send me junk.. there is no way to get proper compensation.. stay away from icm japan.. warn you.. especially if you are doing business of buying and selling these cars.. major loss

I have bought 5 cars from them, Best company to purchase used cars.

This company are liars, thieves, and downright idiots! where do I start? We used to use them for importing to NZ, however they would take our money and not send the cars and act like we never placed the order. Still waiting on our money back. On top of this, they Ring our business literally every single day, sometimes twice a day trying to get generate new business. DO NOT USE THEM!

Very poor on the paperwork side. Also make you pay more than the invoice amounts before they will release the paperwork you need to import the vehicle into your country.

I have import many cars from different Japanese company.but Icm Japan is best.

Murtaza Wahid was very patient explaining the auction process and was of great help in finding exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to get the WRX and hopefully buy more cars in the future.

Despite telling them numerous times i'm not interested in what they have to offer, they still continue to call and harass me on a weekly basis. Been going on for years now. Will never ever use them out of principle.

It's an awesome company.. They provide proficient services with perfect results accurately.. I was really impressed by the way they deal with their clients..

I receive calls from ICM sales Reps on a everyday basis, these people are very pushy and they just keep on calling and wasting your time

My name is Patrice Hunter I am a very irate customer. I bought a skyline from this company in September. 2020 and I haven't got the chace to drive it as yet today's date 9-Nov- 2020. Why my car came all the way to the Bahamas with transmission problems. I don't think this is right, after I spend $4,270.00 now I have to pay for a transmission costing me $1,600.00. Really this is Rediculas. I've contacted this Company over and over. Still not a satisfied customer. My agent was Jashwant. Now asigned a new agent I know it's not their fault, but this don't make me no less irate. I hope the right person sees this and help fix my problem. I will send the Bahamas Government and asked them to investigate them so wouldn't be able to send no more Bad cars out of Japan. I will get a lawyer to push this to the end

SPAM SPAM SPAM, Even the guy on the phone said they are actually based in Pakistan NOT China like they advertise. I have been inundated with SPAM emails from them which i can't delete or even report as SPAM.. I am a UK car dealer.. steer clear!

Beware - As a New Zealand trade buyer and loyal, fast paying ICM customer, I have been ripped off by these thieves. They are currently illegally holding account money. I would recommend that no Australasian buyers use this agency for any vehicle purchases. Unprofessional and very dishonest staff. Many better agencies out there and happy to assist others in making a correct choice.

I have purchased 122 cars from icm japan, that s right 122!
I got delayed paying them a deposit for 20 cars due to personal reasons and they hammered me with a fine of 4000 usd.
Even after buying 122 cars from them they still did that with me even after explaining the situation to them. Will never spend a penny with them again

I'M SATISFY THE QUALITY AND PRICE BUT THE SHIPMENT IS NOT GOOD....

Never asked to receive emails from these guys. Asked countless amounts of times for it to be stopped and it seemed to be ignored as the emails kept coming about 10 a day, Only way to fix this i had them Blocked. Wouldn't use them now if i was to import a car as they clearly don't listen to what is asked.

Stop calling us! 6 Years we have never bought a car from you and never will. No matter how many numbers we block they just call off a different one. Avoid at all cost. Use Cosmo if you ever need a trust worthy importer.

Never do business with ICM Japan. They are cheaters! Sheikh and ICM sent me different vehicle from which I have choose. In addition, there was no spare tyre, wheel spanner, and car jack. To make it even worse, a specific wheel socket (5 corner) was not supplied with the vehicle.

I am calling Sheikh and ICM but person answering my call saying it's not ICM Japan. My goodness!! I was using the same telephone numbers to talk to Sheikh and ICM prior to the arrival of the vehicle to our shores (Papua New Guinea).

The car I bought arrived in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea on 3 May 2018.

This company continues to call me multiple times per day hoping to sell me cars. I have had enough, and repeatedly asked them to stop but they don't! I will never buy from them because of their disrespect.

Fraud,sent a damaged car different from what was shown..and even after a long discussion did not refund a penny! Don't buy..waste of money!

They simply phone spam company, that bombard you and your business with daily phone calls under pretence of selling you cars. Extremely rude staff, that do not listen to you. Avoid providing your details at all costs. As you can see from other reviews the cars are of horrible quality. Steer Clear!

amazing company and lovely staff. Ignore all the hate because everything is perfect. They also provide a clear details of each car and they also dont have any hidden costs. They give the best price plus the shipping service is amazing. I will highly recommend them.
