I was charged more than what was agreed upon on a signed contract. I turned in the car at the exact time I was supposed to but my receipt said the car was turned in almost 45 minutes later. Besides that fee there was more money charged for reasons the employee could not explain. There was no manager available and since it s saturday I have to wait until Monday to call the company and hopefully resolve this issue. I ve never been one to write bad reviews but this company really hit a nerve. The employee at the front was very unhelpful and his excuse was that he didn t want to lose his job because he has a family to support. He was unable to provide me a copy of a contract that I signed for my own reference.
