Horrible experience so far. Staff gave me wrong information that the gym closes at 4am in the morning. I changed, only to arrive to find out the gym was closed. Next, the receptionist gave me 2 faulty room cards that were unable to open the door. I had to go down again only to have it replaced with a still faulty card.

Not happy!
