I got a written extension and in email for towing my car to 10/05 and was still towed on 10/02 I was called AFTER my car was towed to get the pass to put on my car and after I told the property lady she said she would call the tow and get back to me, she never did and when I called back for an update I was sent to VM as I was doing my postmates routes I literally saw her smiling as she was walking to her car and left without calling me and I ve been dogged for over 3 weeks to getting this resolved it cost less to file court papers work than it is getting my truck back and oh I had also already paid rent. They take my calls here through the actual management writes them down but NO ONE has gotten back to me on the resolution to getting my truck back OH also the EMPLOYEES LOVE TO LIE and say that I came and got my pass late I have time stamps and screenshots of everything I will be taking you guys to court
