Let me give you my experience of this place. I bought a car in January Ford Explorer 2015 used. The vehicle had the damage on the right rear bumper which the dealer told me they're going to place the order for a new bumper to get that fixed. It'll come out almost six months to get them fixed, they fixed it 2 days ago. This car was pre-owned certified. My right front headlight was missing a Bol. You could actually move the headlight with your own hands. After 3 days having this car I found on my parking a oil leak, I could not believe what I saw. Oil pan underneath the engine had excessive leak. I called this diler over the phone so many times, nobody ever pick up the phone. I left my name phone number and full message regards of the problem. I did not have a time to go there personally because I'm a route driver I am not that much at home. They never returned any of my calls. My salesman Gabriel did not have a clue what he was doing, my financial guy who did my finances his name Arusha, let me tell you a story about this guy. Arusha act like he's your best friend, next door neighbor, he will make you feel so comfortable that everything that he says will make your life easier to buy a car, he will provide you with the phone number to call him if any problem whatsoever and guess what, he will never pick up the phone. Today I tried 3 times to get a contact with him, I left the voicemail and I told the service desk to write my name on a sticky note after put on top of his desk and call me, I never received the phone call. Used car lots manager name Tim you guys need to watch out for this guy whatever comes out of his mouth it's pure lye. Customer service of places below zero, sales people,financial advisors and management are the biggest liares that I have see in a car Industries. DO NOT GO there and purchase any of the vehicles because soon as you drove off the parking lot you people are on your own.
