There are still good deals in Vegas, the rooms are pretty nice considering the price. Rio is not in the strip and to get there you really need to Uber or grab a cab, it's walkable but I would recommend grabbing a ride. If your going for a large glam casino this isn't going to be the place for you. Also, this is where Penn and Teller have their show which is always excellent and I highly recommend.
