Move the trash receptacle away from the latch side...

Move the trash receptacle away from the latch side of the entrance door....its blocking access and restrictive to use the entrance door....the manager did not seem to care at all about my concerns. It's a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act & Massachusetts 521CMR Architectural Access Board rules & regulations
