After 2 years of being a loyal Costco client of Intermedia and referring multiple businesses to Intermedia and even starting a new line of phone service in January/2020 with Intermedia, it has been shocking to experience such unprofessional and ineffective customer service by the intermedia Customer Success Team.
I contacted Robert (My Sales Rep) to sign up for the new line of phone service 2 months ago and he referred me to Bao and stated that I am in great hands with Bao.
The new sales rep was rude, impatient and simply wanted my credit card number to get me off the phone and when I asked if there are any other available plans for Costco Executive customers, he kept placing his phone on Mute so I could not hear what he was saying. Talk about being very unprofessional. I signed up for the new line of service regardless.
Fast forward, I contacted Robert again 2 weeks ago and informed him that I would like to add additional phone lines and I have yet to hear anything from him. It has been 2 weeks and not even a reply. I contacted intermedia to verify of Robert still working there and guess what, he does work for intermedia. It appears that Intermedia does not appreciate loyal and growing businesses which is very sad as growing small businesses are the foundation of our economy.
Bottom line, I will proceed with locating an alternate VOIP provider as it has become very clear of Intermedia no longer appreciating my business.
