This was the first time we needed a scooter for WDW. The first day the scooter seemed like it wouldn't hold a charge. We called and the scooter was replaced before we got back to our resort. We couldn't start the 2nd one, but a troubleshoot during a phone call fixed that! Great service! Great price! We are making plans for WDW again next year, if God allows, and we will definitely be using Apple Scooter.
