In my opinion Express Employment Professionals represents a grave in justice to victims of violence and assualt. I was assigned on the behalf of this Agency to work for a Client. On the day in question after returning home from said Client, I was robbed, assaulted, and almost struggled. However I manage to escape from this horrific situation and with the help of my neighbor and contacted Edmonton Police which later arrested those low life criminals. The following morning I contacted the Agency to informed them of what had occured . The response which I got was that I was terminated with said Client for not showing up. Eventuelly the matter was brought to Court, the individual who assaulted me was sentence to 6 months in prison . This experience is why I want to get into Social work and advocate for victims of violence. The response from this Agency was almost like adding Salt to the wound. This Agency cannot accused me of defaming them. The matter in question was through due process proceeded in Court where I had to represent myself on Trial as a victim of violence and assault.

That's sound very sincere of you. I remind you that to this very day you still hold what happens to me against me. I spoke with one of the recruiters about this incident in 2016, and was told I couldn't get a job with the agency because I didn't show up the next morning after I was assaulted. I tried to explain what happened, but she wasn't haven't it. 8 years later I was banned for something that randomly happened to me after work. At the end of the day, a person should make sure that don't get stabbed, rob, assaulted, rape, involve in a collision with a drunk driver etc. The other day a teacher was stabbed on the weekend. Then it's OK for the school to terminate his employment because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time? Rediculous. Stop trying to justify yourselves and what you did to me. To this very day, you still violate me as a victim of a crime.
