I've been a customer since 2001 and have enjoyed some of the lowest cost of electricity in the country.
Rarely has there been power outages or surges.
Anyone who wants to complain about the services should count their lucky stars that they've not
had to live in a part of the country where outages and surges are a sad part of life.
