I had a horrible experience at this particular Giant. After paying through self-checkout, I was falsely accused of shoplifting by an unpleasant, unkempt man and a disheveled female security guard. After being accosted and blocked from leaving the store, these employees continued to insist that I committed an offense. In my opinion, this store ranks as one of Giant's most wretched supermarkets, and I hope that this sort of behavior is not allowed to continue. These employees not only need to be reprimanded but re-trained as this behavior is unacceptable, especially when directed towards paying customers. Adding insult to injury, after being vindicated, there was no apology or acknowledgement of wrongdoing from the two accusers. An extremely unpleasant experience.
