First visit to Sweetwater. A 3hr drive from home for me, and well worth it. Amazingly huge operation. From the rooms of instruments and different departments, the Cafe, game room, and other areas we didn't visit (like the pavilion or medical facility), it's awe inspiring.
The staff are top rate in knowledge and in courtesy (and that includes the online sales staff). Tyler helped me via email to line up several acoustic guitars that I wanted to try out when I visited on a weekend. Casey was really helpful in making that happen once I arrived. He was very patient and great to work with. They brought the guitars in a room and left me there to narrow down my choices. No hovering, and no pressure.
We were there nearly five hours (including lunch in the Cafe at bargain prices for the food!)
I went home with a new guitar that wasn't even in my radar until Casey suggested it.
If you get a chance, I would highly recommend stopping in, or shopping online for all of your musical needs
