I have 15 years of experience with a bachelor degree in Human Resources and with a minor in communication.. I have been applying to every open job that i know I am qualified for but I never got hired.

So I found out that In order to get a job in this hospital or any other hospitals.. you have to meet the following criteria..
1. Mommy or daddy working there
2. Aunty or uncle working there
3. or you have to sleep with someone!
4. It s who you know not what you know
So I don t get the point of having a degree or experience because It s useless!
