I have had no end of issues with them. Very difficult to get ahold of for questions. When I finally got a response, I was told with my digital image purchase I would receive ALL pictures. I had saved 6 pictures in my account. I only received ONE (they say two poses because they zoomed in on the second one). When I questioned why I was unable to view the other images I ordered, I was told I got all "poses" (aka one image zoomed in, one zoomed out), not the backgrounds that I had saved. I sent them a copy of the email from THEIR customer service department stating I would receive all the images, and asked for them to please allow me to download what I paid for. They are refusing, even though PRIOR to purchasing, they told me I would get all of the pictures, they are refusing to honour that and allow me to download my child's school pictures. I am very disappointed.
