The ONLY machine in our whole building breaks down...

The ONLY machine in our whole building breaks down on a regular basis. The most recent one occurred over the weekend. We called and notified by Monday. Today (wed) they claim to have only recieved a call on Tuesday and currently still cannot even tell me when a technician will be able to look at it.
This is completely unreasonable, I'm not asking for service with 12 or even 24 hours, but they should be able to at least get here within 48 hours of a call.

They obviously don't have enough technicians. Don't get me started on how over priced their machines are etc....
