Whenever you go they make you wait more than an ho...

Whenever you go they make you wait more than an hour. Regardless of the doctor, specialty ... Also, on more than one occasion they call you to change your consultation (which gives you almost a month and a half visit) and delay it more or change your doctor.
Not to mention that it is impossible for a switchboard to pick up the phone in less than 20 minutes and if it is in person, the deal leaves a lot to be desired.
I know that years ago it was a referral clinic but every day it gets worse.
