Out of the five or so insurance agents I contacted in Austin, Chris was the only one willing to go the extra mile and find me a professional liability policy that actually fits my needs as an IT security consultant (along with general and cyber liability). After telling him about the type of consulting I was planning to pursue with my new business, he actually came back with a response that showed that he had thought about and understood what that meant in terms of needs for liability protection. Communication via email and phone with him is great, he is always fast to respond and answer any question.
