Our loan officer Cherryrose was amazing: quick to reply, communicative, concise and always so willing to take the extra time to explain something to me again if I needed more clarity. I couldn t have wished for a better experience especially considering our more complicated application since my husband and I are freelance/self-employed and do not have the standard proof of income.
