We wanted to move our TarDisk from our old MacBook Air to a new one we just bought. I knew this would be a multi-step process and didn't want to mess it up, so I reached out to TarDisk's support. I ended up getting very specific instructions from Murilo, one of their support team members. He was very patient with me, quickly responding to my many questions and clearly explaining listing the steps I needed to do. I'm happy to report the "transplant" was successful! It's rare to have that kind of reponsive support.
