I went to change my uncle's car registration to my name and the attitude of employees must change, they got the work done but what's the point when the etiquette are not there? I hope the team management of ALJ will train their staff how to be with their customers, to start with, say Salam or good morning, instead of a frown on their face and the first word is "esh fee" and not even asking their customers to have a seat. They ask for documents by hand gestures until I ask them what do they want, then they mention it. The training must he reassessed and done once again. The indians and philipinos or even Jordaninans and Egyptians are far better off than these frowning saudi men.
