The customer service was great. Everyone was nice and helpful. I feel like they are doing the best with what they have.

The cars are not in great shape. Not very clean inside, worn tires, and some smell. Also, the phone number just has a busy tone. I could never get anyone on the phone.

The rental was cheap, so you get what you pay for.
