As a woman, I normally do not enjoy the car buying experience. However when I recently went to Mike Shaw, I was pleasantly surprised with the
service and expertise I received from Eric Grimm. He was very knowledgeable about the product without being overbearing. I felt very comfortable about the whole process and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Overall, Eric, Randon and Alex went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied in everyway, and I couldn't be happier with my new Forester!
