Austin was FANTASTIC! Incredibly attentive, thoughtful, engaging, and easy to work with on such a large transaction. He went above and beyond his duties and took the lead on schedule extra service to ensure I was taken care of even with limited staff. Frank was also FANTASTIC! He spent extra time with the bank to help keep payments within my budget, was friendly, and really made me feel comfortable. This is my second WRX from Mike Shaw and I will certainly return in a few more years for number 3.
