"Using" Peddle was one of the worst decisions I made. When I went through with accepting an offer and was contacted by Peddle to set up a pickup date/time, they specifically told me what days and times I could have because my vehicle was "very far" from the final destination. Because the pickup time window HAD to be between 8am-12pm, I had to take a day off work. I waited around all morning, waiting for a call from the towing company because Peddle said they would give me a call at least 30 mins before arrival. When 11:40am rolled around with no call, I gave Peddle a call to find out what was going on. I was given the towing company's dispatcher's number because Peddle didn't know why they hadn't contacted me yet. I called the towing company and they said "oh we are too busy and definitely won't be making it there today"...Was anyone planning on telling me this after I've waited all morning for a pickup?! I called Peddle back and they "apologized" for the inconvenience and the fact that they "can't control when the towing company can come" even though Peddle had told me I had to be there at that time!! The towing company even told me there would be no way they could ever come to my location before noon because of their distance from me...why would Peddle have told me I had no other choice for a pickup time frame than before noon?! The system is all wrong, with too many companies involved and no communication. If you have days on end to sit at the pickup location and wait for no call, then be my guest. Would highly recommend NOT using Peddle!
