I made an appointment for 11:30. I arrived at 11:15. I had driven from over an hour away for this service appointment. I had been told in an email to check In with the person at the door. I told him I had an appointment time. His response so! There s the back of the line. I got in line. There were 45 people in line in front of me. There were no covid protocols in place. I guess their current stringent protocols are to protect the employees, not the customers. I waited in line until 11:40. After that 25 minute wait only 3 people in line had been allowed in. So, I left. It would have taken hours in that tightly packed line. Why are you requiring reservations if you aren t honoring them? This is a poor way to treat customers. Never again!
