DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They do not care about you and are out make a quick dollar. If I could rate this dealer a ZERO I would. The customer service at this dealership is beyond horrible. We came in to test drive a vehicle after work and were ready to purchase. During negotiations they offered the vehicle for a price and then RENEGED on it, but we needed a second vehicle and paid more than the price they initially offered. That was the first issue, in my gut I knew it was bad business.
We then spent the rest of our evening filling out paperwork. The report we were given made it seem like an ideal vehicle, however the next morning we discovered dents and large scratches (larger than a dollar bill) we called the dealership, they told us there was nothing they could do. As a seller they could have at least told us about these things so we can make an informed decision, but they didn't. For an entire week we called and tried to pay them, (yes we went out of our way to pay them) and did not receive an answer. Our credit union e-mailed and called their financial department, and nothing. We called everyone from the sales people, to finance before finally getting a hold of a "manager" who did not try to hear our concerns, he was condescending and argued with us giving us every excuse in the book. We had had enough and we took the vehicle back. It was the best thing to do in order to avoid perpetual issues with this dealership (i.e maintenance, etc). After already having several conversations over the phone we got to the dealership (they were expecting us), yet the finance person we had spoken to didn't come out to speak with us. Instead he sat behind a glass window, where we could clearly see him and left some sales person we've never seen before argue with us about the return. We hadn't signed any loan documents, we hadn't finalized the paperwork because they couldn't do their jobs properly and now they were arguing with us about the return. They finally accepted the returned vehicle, as they should, but to top it off told us they would charge us for mileage and fees! I'm sorry, was this a rental vehicle? No it's not. We went there in good faith fully expecting to purchase a vehicle and they couldn't do their jobs properly to complete the deal. Now they are trying to charge us for the miles on the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.
