Been a tenant with the Council, then City South and now One Manchester for a number of years and their customer service just gets worse and worse. It varies between condescending, unhelpful, lazy, ill informed and out and out rude. Last episode was explaining to staff that I was locked out of my property (lock had broken) and I had two cats inside. Response was that they didn t really know what to do about it and to maybe call back after 8am (when presumably a new shift of untrained and can t be bothered staff take over and equally wouldn t know what to do?). I called out a locksmith myself in the end. Wasn t expecting for the lock to be changed free of charge - was hoping for some advice and for my query to be taken seriously. Should have know better really. Still waiting for a response to an email I sent 2 months back regarding the communal television system. Don t usually post reviews but needed to vent. A complete joke. Bad one at that.
