Worst stay ever!!! Every year my husband and I get a room on the strip for a stay-cation for our birthday. The room was not the one we picked for reservations, the phone didnt work and they didn't even try to fix that, and it was so dirty! After a shower you could see the writing on the mirror from another guest, the fan in the bathroom didnt work, the plugs on the lamps didnt work, And to top it off when we finally decided to come back to the room we were locked out no one did anything to even try to rectify any of the problems.
