Worst company I ever had, After being with this company for 5 years and having my rates raised every year, this company make you fight to pay a claim and will string you out as long as possible. First claim was with hurricane Irma, fought with them for almost a year and they paid 60 % of the claim. Wait, what! Had to get a SBA loan to finish the repairs. Still waiting on the second (water damage) claim after mediation, and a lawyer, and after 11 months and 70% of the claim, Nothing! This company will never pay the full claim unless if it depends on who you are, I don't know, but I think dragging this out is part of the game plan so you will settle and settle for less but in the meanwhile they still took their payment like clock work. This company can care less about you or your property. There is a need for a third-party because of the amount your company try to pay out is peanuts compared to the amount of the cost of repairs. I had to get a third-party to fight because every time you guys play games, so yes you paid out in 7 days but it was no where near the amount needed, a loan from the sba was need to complete the repairs, glad I'm a veteran to get a 1% rate. You say claims are over priced but that is according to your standards but your payout is much less that the actual repairs and so I think low balling claims is how you save money , so fighting you guys is the only way to get close to what it takes to do the actual repairs and after 40 days I'm still waiting for a check.
