Generally, the experience is great except the cold reception we receive when we enter the door in the lobby upon arrival. No one from your staff welcomed us unlike our previous stay so with other Shangri la hotels. For.us, thie warm arrival welcome as we alight from the car really makes the difference. Sadly, its not there anymore.
