They we're just great. For the volume of people that go through, they were still kind and gentle with my little guy. I know how strapped they are for resources. The only thing I would love to see is treats for the dogs to calm them down. My guy was freaking out, and lucky that I carry my own nerdy treat bag. It helps calm down stressed puppies. They should consider having that handy in the exam rooms. But overall it was a good experience.
