The head office and senior management in this place seem to be a major issue. Try getting a refund on a faulty item and takes over two weeks, not only is this just useless service its also a blatant breach of the Fair Trading & Consumer Guarantee Act. Went above the store manager and called head office only to be spoken to by the accounts lady in a foreign accent that this is normal and I was wrong. Avoid all of this companies stores, unless you enjoy being messed around by an absolute joke a business
