My son purchased a 2018 focus from them for cash and he was very proud of his accomplishment because he saved up over several years to be able to do it. Then just months later the car was totaled in an accident. When he returned to purchase another vehicle they refused to bring a vehicle from another dealer for him to buy so we went somewhere else. Next phase of this review is even worse because I had my wife stop in to the quick lube there to register her 2014 Fusion. When she presented the registration renewal card to the service cashier she didn't think twice about what they were about to do to her car. Since the car is less than 6 years old this is the last year we can skip having emissions done before the car turns 6 years old next year in 2020. They performed emissions and charged her for the service. This is a very dishonest practice because all they needed to do was charge her the new sticker fee and collect the money due for registering the vehicle. When I returned to confront them about this they simply remarked we just do emissions on all new registrations. Sorry to say this is the last straw for me with this dealership. We have purchased two cars from them and were thinking of buying a third this coming spring. I will not return to do business with them again.
