The Palacio de San Francisco is an office tower located in Cali, Colombia, where the headquarters of the Government of the Colombian department of Valle del Cauca is located. For its construction the old palace of the same name was demolished, which was part of the heritage of the city. Its architects were Enrique Richardson and Libya Yusti de Chatain.

After the creation of the department, the headquarters of the Government was located in an old brick house with two floors in front of the Municipal Theater of Cali, on the corner of 7th Street with race 5, where the Proartes House currently operates. In this installation the activities of the Government would be developed until 1930, when the headquarters were transferred to the building of the old Palace of San Francisco
