I have been taking my car here for over ten years and have always been very pleased with the service. They are very honest and come out and explain everything before they do any repairs or service. They make you feel like family and always remember your name. They have a great waiting room with a coffee bar, TV, Wi-Fi, a desk if you need to work, and a child's play area with lots of toys. The owner's little dog is a real charmer and they even have a birdfeeder outside the window. Mark and his entire staff are awesome and I would never take my car anywhere else. Definitely 5-star service at Northtown. Keep up the great work! This is why they are repeatedly voted one of McHenry County's Best auto repair and tire centers.
