Not Impressed with the service dept. at all.. My wife went for a recall issue (which they handled fine) but while it was there she asked if they could look into why her driver seat lever that tilts the seat forward wasn't working. They said it would cost $80 to inspect but the cost would go towards the repair. Then she asked could they give her a guesstimate to about how much it would cost. They responded with about $200 or so to which she thought great as this was an issue that has bothered her for some time. When she pickup up the car they told her it would be around $800 to fix the broken lever. Seriously!!! Thanks for tricking her out of $80. Really not impressed!
