The worst dealer. Absolutely horrible in sales as well as service. Bought my Pacifica prior year at another dealership because these guys couldn't handle a sale. Brought my car in for first service (unfortunately this is the nearest dealer to me) and they gave me the same runaround. "We can't do this we can't do that. That coupon doesn't apply to you. You need to set up another appt for the recall." All this after I set an appt for 3 weeks later because they were booked, and I told them when setting up the appt what I needed to get done and which offer I was using. Incompetent and total lack of customer service.
