I had a very unpleasant experience at Gregg Young ...

I had a very unpleasant experience at Gregg Young while my car was there for multiple services for the past week and a half. My services took quite a bit longer than expected because of a few errors made by the service department and GM itself. Gregg Young waited to order my parts until I brought my car in and GM shipped them an incorrect part after they did place the order....Too much time wasted!!! Enough said!!
