I had a Trax and brought it to Merit for several years. Every time I brought it in for an issue that wasn't scheduled service, they treated me like I was crazy. They would look at me like I had no clue what I was talking about, and even once said, "We won't be able to replicate that, which means it isn't an issue, which means we can't fix it" without even trying to do anything. Yeah, I'm "just a girl" but I drive the thing daily so I know when things feel funny. When I got my Traverse, I started going to Mauer and I wish I'd made the transition sooner! I've only been twice, but my most recent trip was because something just felt "off". Eric listened to me, asked lots of questions, wrote down everything I said, and even offered to keep it overnight if they couldn't replicate the problem on the first day, just in case they could on day two. I just got a call from him with a very detailed outline of what they did and how they are planning on taking care of the problem (it was, in fact, a problem)! I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service! They even washed my car after my service (which Merit never did). Thanks, guys!
