We made a reservation at vrbo.com (that's what the website is called now), we took out travel insurance and the email with the policy number never reached us. We have been claiming this for several days and they are continually disregarding it. Now what we need, there is no way to claim it from anyone.

Another thing that smells very bad is that it is difficult to find an email, chat or telephone to contact them, a sign that they want to cover the complaints of all travelers.

There are too many home-booking websites out there to trust this one. For me it is out of the question for life.
