I had my first Mr Plumber 108 point inspection today. I never realized how important having a service like this was. Before today, it was wait until something goes wrong and then call the plumber. Now it's all about seeing where something can go wrong before it does and taking the appropriate steps to prevent it from ever occurring.

My plumber tech, Ron Austin, was very thorough, detailed and took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed to have done, the cost and the time it would take to get the work done.

I have been a Coolray customer for over 15 years and now I can add Mr Plumber to the list of a long-time service provider with the excellent service I received today.
