Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and the engineer managed to get my boiler going, which was the priority. I did get a call from the engineer in the morning saying he was on his way, when I'd booked a 6.30pm slot, which was a bit confusing. And I would have hoped he'd have had the part I needed for the fault I'd pre-identified in his van (apparently there were only 2 causes it could have been). As he didn't, it meant another visit and time off work. Overall though the company was responsive and I felt |I got a reasonable service.
