Bad experience not even worth 1 star! My mother was operated on last Wednesday (not even a small operation) and is very unfriendly approached in department C9B HMC Westeinde and treated badly by the so-called unprofessional nurse. My mother has to wait a long time and beg for help, ADL is performed moderately to hardly. In addition, my mother is allowed to sort everything out herself without our help. Very disappointing and degrading. Everyday a crying mother is outrageous that I can't even leave my mother with peace of mind!
