I am a frequent business traveler and have spent 3 nights/week here for about 1 year. The JW Marriott is one of my favorite Buckhead hotels. The manager, Michael, is FANTASTIC! He is a dream and I love seeing him every afternoon when I return. The hotel and lounge staff is friendly. I have also never experienced such as great valet service. I love the JW because of the people. I don't love the JW because of the inconsistent service and room quality as well as the horrible food.
