If it is possible I would put zero !! It is not possible to spend hours and hours on the phone to book a service !!! For more than a year now they have had this problem which they have identified with "lack of staff!" and they still don't solve! And when finally one is able to take the line the operator knocks you down! ABSOLUTE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! even a complaint to the URP office remained absolutely unheeded!) I hope they will at least read it !!
