Great sales people. We bought a leather recliner and loveseat which we knew up front that the leather has hide blemished. It had the spring support (very important - see review on the Warwick RI site from me) but when one of the two pieces arrived (after waiting 26 weeks for the reclining loveseat to arrive from China) we noticed (after delivery guys were gone) the problems. Two cuts (very man made looking cuts that had been repaired on the back you look at and hide that was sewed on the foot cushion that was not died before assembly making it look like a white line on footrest.
My wife and were told this is "normal" but the fantastic customer service people (after explaining this is normal) did immediately agree to swap out the piece.
LOVE the people here but is this really the best quality you can buy?
Don't go to Bob's or any other discount place - I still think Jordan's is the best you are going to find. It is just the world we live in where even the furniture is made in China
