Disappointed in the communication of Tybee Vacation Rentals. Our rental property had damage that made it unrentable due to Hurricane Matthew (we understand that it was out of their control.) however, we were not made aware of it until 6 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. The company had continued to take our automatic drafts and even sent all of our confirmation & check in information - only to get a call the next day saying we no longer had a place to stay for our Savannah 1/2 Marathon weekend with 4 other couples. We did receive a full refund, but very disappointed that there was no other help in finding a new place.
